D-Trading Pro – Terms and Conditions

1. Investment and Duration
1.1 By submitting a contract application on our website, you agree to invest according to the selected package and terms as described in the attached documentation. Each package has a fixed duration of 1 calendar year.
1.2 The investment amount is due within 7 days of the digital confirmation of your application. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in interest charges as outlined in the Agreement.
2. Interest and Late Payment
2.1 If the investment amount is not transferred within the specified 7-day period, you are obligated to pay interest at a rate of 1% per reminder on the outstanding amount, calculated from the due date until the date of payment.
2.2 The commencement of the chosen package will start from the day you transfer the investment amount to our specified bank account. The package duration will be calculated from that date.
3. Cancellation and Compensation
3.1 Should you decide to cancel your investment, you are required to pay compensation equal to 50% of the agreed-upon interest as described in the Agreement.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our services and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of [applicable country law]. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction location].
